![]() ![]() It focuses much more on the mythical side of Ancient Greece, with all its gods and afterlife fantasies. The second DLC lacks a bit in story, but it grants the player access to 3 completely new maps. The first DLC is set on the same map as the base game, so there isn’t additional world content, but the story expands the base game in a great way, it sort of continues the main story and is a great DLC storywise. In terms of the DLCs: they’re definitely worth buying! There are (as you already know) to major expansions, the three downloadable episodes are just like "chapters" in those expansions but they’re basically two big stories. If you don’t care about playing for around 200 hours (including a lot of exploration and side quests) than this is your game! You could probably complete the story in about 40-50 hours but the open world is huuuge and it would be a shame not exploring it and just rushing through the story without completing any side activities. ![]() ![]() Again, idk how it works in RPGs, but I think this "stat building system" might be a part of it :D So if you’d rather play stealthy and sneaky, you can choose gear that boosts your assassination damage and if you’d rather go berserk you can choose gear that boosts your combat damage. While choosing your gear you have to pay close attention to stats and what I really liked is that you can choose gear fitting to your play style. I don’t play a lot of RPGs, I got AC Odyssey because I‘m a huge fan of the AC franchise in general, but this game didn’t disappoint. In terms of the base game I’d say if you’re into RPGs you’ll probably like it. ![]()
